Boulanger Joins Prism Public Affairs as EVP

PrismJessica Boulanger is joining Prism Public Affairs as executive vice president.  Most recently, Jessica was director of communications at the National Republican Congressional Committee and she has also worked for a number of high-profile Members of Congress such as Rep. Tom Delay, Rep. Roy Blunt and Rep. Deborah Pryce.  In addition to her tours of duty on the hill, Boulanger also did a brief stint for Progress for America where she played a critical roll in helping shepperd President Bush's Supreme Court nominees through their confirmations.   With her move to Prism Public Affairs, Boulanger -- well-respected by her peers and the media -- will be reuniting with the battle-tested and highly-regarded Stuart Roy, a partner at the firm and former colleague from the Hill.
